Spencer Wilson

Spencer Wilson is a legal professional with extensive experience in labor and employment law, currently serving as a Senior Associate at Renne Public Law Group since April 2018, representing California public agencies. Prior to this role, Spencer was a Senior Associate at Meyers Nave, focusing on labor and employment matters for public agencies and non-profits from June 2014 to March 2018. Spencer also served as a Brayton-Thornton Attorney at Public Justice, litigating complex civil public interest cases between February 2012 and June 2014. Additional experience includes a tenure as an Attorney/UT Justice Corps Fellow at Bay Area Legal Aid, where a project was designed to assist low-income tenants during the foreclosure crisis, as well as research work with the Texas Watch Foundation on consumer rights and civil justice laws. Spencer began a career in public policy as a Legislative Assistant for Congressman Earl Blumenauer. Spencer holds a J.D. with honors from The University of Texas at Austin and a B.A. in Politics from Pomona College.
