Luke Schubert has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Luke started their career as an Administrator Intern at Walker Methodist in 2006. After that, they worked as an Executive Director at Golden Living from 2008 to 2011. Luke then joined Upland Hills Health as an Administrator & Lean Process Improvement Coordinator from 2011 to 2014. Luke served as the Chief Operations Officer at Brookview Meadows Independent & Assisted Living in 2014. Later, they became the Hospital & Nursing Home Administrator at Brown County from 2015 to 2018. Currently, Luke is working as the Administrator and Regional Director of Operations at Rennes Group since 2018.
Luke Schubert obtained their high school diploma from Black Hawk High School in 1998. Luke then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Health Care Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, which they completed in 2007. In 2021, Luke enrolled in Rasmussen University and is currently working towards a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. Luke has also pursued additional certifications, including Basic Life Support from the American Heart Association | American Stroke Association and a Lean Process Improvement Facilitator certification from SWTC College. Additionally, Luke completed a program called Community Leadership Alliance of Southwest Wisconsin from the University of Wisconsin Extension, although the specific years of this program are not provided.
