Benoit Guigue

Benoit Guigue is an experienced professional in environmental management, currently serving as the Responsable de service Installations et Filières de Traitement des déchets at Rennes Ville et Métropole since April 2020. Prior to this role, Benoit worked as Chef de projets for SMICTOM des forêts et SMICTOM d'Ille et Rance from March 2017 to April 2020, focusing on project oversight and procurement, and contributing to organizational mergers. Benoit’s earlier experience includes serving as Directeur de projets at SAFEGE - CONSULTING, where projects involved urban and agricultural substrate methanization, and as Chargé d'affaires Environnement at GIRUS. Additionally, Benoit contributed to academia as an external lecturer and examiner at Université Claude Bernard Lyon 1. Benoit holds an engineering degree in industrial environmental engineering from Ecole des Métiers de l'Environnement and a DUT in biological engineering from Institut Universitaire de Technologie de Tours.
