Bill has previously worked at iMBranded, Coretek Services, Data Partner, Online Tech, CenturyLink Business/Savvis, Verizon Business, XO Communications, Coast to Coast Telecommunications, and Allnet Communications. Bill has held various roles such as National Sales Director, Vice President of Sales, Area Vice President, and Regional Sales Manager, among others. Bill has been responsible for revenue generation, customer retention, strategic market planning, sales forecasting, training, and building and leading successful sales teams across different organizations.

Bill Frohriep, Jr. obtained a bachelor's degree in Marketing & Communications from Eastern Michigan University in 1992. Bill went on to pursue a master's degree in the same field and at the same university, which they completed in 1994.
