Nelinn Kreimeyer

Nelinn Kreimeyer has over 20 years of work experience in various telecommunications and IT roles. Nelinn began their career in 1997 as an IT Specialist for The Integer Group, where they were responsible for computer hardware/software purchasing, asset database administration, and invoice approvals for telecommunications and data line ordering and monitoring. Nelinn also served as an IS Administrator for the same company, handling similar responsibilities and providing light IT help desk support for Apple computers.

Throughout their career, Nelinn has held positions such as Telecommunications Analyst at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, Telecommunications Specialist at Rockwell Collins, and Communications Technician at The Sedona Group. At Rockwell Collins, they fulfilled MAC orders for Rolm and Cisco VoIP phone setups, and at The Sedona Group, they provided onsite communications repairs and cable terminations for Rock Island Arsenal employees.

Nelinn also worked as a Telecommunications Mechanic at Lockheed Martin Corp., where they performed telecommunications maintenance tasks. Nelinn was a Communications Dispatcher for Dell Services Federal Govt, troubleshooting customer phone and data connection issues and providing help desk support. Additionally, they were a Telecommunications Specialist for Iowa Health System, responsible for invoice approvals, Avaya administration, and telecom project planning and implementation.

In their most recent role as an Incident and Order Analyst at Renodis Communications Managed Services, Nelinn managed orders for voice, data, and integrated products and services. Nelinn coordinated order start-up, processing, installation, testing, and project hand-off. Nelinn also collaborated with multiple departments and contacts to provide end-to-end customer account support.

Nelinn Kreimeyer attended Ackley-Geneva High School from 1983 to 1987 and obtained a diploma in the general field.
