Adam Pohorecki has a long and varied work history. Adam began their career in 2007 as a Software Developer for Onet.pl, where they created mobile web sites in PHP and backend programming in Java related technologies. Adam then moved to DraftSoft as a part owner, where they were in charge of the technical side of the company's operations, and designed and implemented a Groovy/Grails application for a medium-sized company. In 2009, they became a Senior Software Developer for Lunar Logic Polska. Adam then moved to Powow in 2013 as a Software Consultant, and to GunpowderLabs in 2014 as a Senior Developer. In 2015, they became a Senior Software Engineer for Zoomer Inc, and in 2017 they became a Lead Software Engineer for Grubhub, where they were responsible for designing, developing and maintaining backend and frontend services using Java, Scala, Groovy, Cassandra, Spark, and React/Redux. In 2019, they became a Principal Software Engineer for Castle, and in 2020 they became a Senior Software Engineer for RenoFi.

Adam Pohorecki completed their Master of Science in Computer Science from AGH University of Science and Technology between 2004 and 2009. Prior to that, they attended V LO im. Augusta Witkowskiego w Krakowie from 2000 to 2004.
