Pavel Borodavko

Pavel Borodavko has extensive work experience in the banking sector. Pavel started their career in 2014 as a Personal Manager at UniCredit Bank Ukraine, where they were responsible for agreements with individuals, lending, and monitoring client portfolios. In 2017, they joined Pershiy Ukrayinskiy Mizhnarodniy Bank as a Personal Banker, focusing on providing personalized banking services. In 2020, Pavel became the Head of the sales organization of the regional network and work with partners at AT "BankInvestment and Savings", where they oversaw branch performance, developed plans to increase efficiency, and managed partnerships. Currently, they hold the position of Business Development Manager at RENOME SMART, where their responsibilities include driving business growth.

From 2009 to 2014, Pavel Borodavko attended the National University of the State Tax Service of Ukraine (NUSTSU), where they earned a Master's degree in Business Economics.
