Tom Dunn is a Principal at Renovata & Company, where Tom focuses on securing high-impact leaders for various types of companies. With previous experience as a Managing Director at Helbling & Associates, Inc., Tom has a strong background in overseeing search activity and client relationships. Tom also has experience as a Senior Managing Consultant and Executive Search Consultant, excelling in revenue production and search delivery. Prior to their current roles, Tom worked as a Business Development Representative at Trimble Inc. Tom holds a Bachelor of Arts in English, Language, and Literature from Virginia Tech, as well as a Master of Professional Studies in Human Resources and Employment Relations from Penn State University.
