Kayla Wingett has extensive experience in operations management across various industries. Currently serving as Resurfacing Manager at Renovation Systems since November 2014, Kayla oversees the refinishing division, handling day-to-day operations, scheduling, customer support, and training technicians. Previously, as Service Manager at Certified Auto Repair from March 2012 to November 2014, Kayla managed staff, marketing, budgeting, and customer satisfaction initiatives. Kayla's earlier role as a Patient Care Assistant at Advocates for Health involved ensuring patient comfort and wellness. Additionally, Kayla worked as a Leasing Specialist at Pinnacle Property Management Services, where responsibilities included managing a 334-unit property, customer outreach, and budgeting. Kayla attended North Hennepin Community College and participated in Pinnacle-Quarterly Training, achieving recognition as a Gold Club Member in Fair Housing.
