Brett Williams

Brett Williams has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Brett began their career in 1998 as a NA Facilities Manager at Level 3 Communications, where they worked until 2002. From 2002 to 2003, they served as the Structure Repairs Manager at Disaster Restoration Inc. Brett then joined Kite Realty Group in 2003, where they worked as a Project Manager and Tenant Coordination Manager until 2006. Brett then moved on to Capitol Construction Services Inc., assuming the role of VP of Operations from 2006 to 2012. From 2012 to 2013, Brett worked as the Vice President of Operations at CertaPro Painters. Currently, they hold the position of Executive Vice President of Operations at Renovia, a role they assumed in 2019. Throughout their career, Brett has showcased their skills and expertise in operations and management.

Brett Williams pursued their higher education starting in 1993 at Western Colorado University, where they studied for a year. Following this, they attended the University of Northern Colorado in 1994 for a brief period, during which they did not obtain a degree or specify a field of study. From 1996 to 1998, Brett Williams enrolled at the University of Colorado Boulder, focusing on architecture and earning a degree in Environmental Design. In 2014, they acquired a certification as a General Contractor with unlimited authorization from the State of Florida.
