Charles King

Charles King is the SVP of Compliance & Corporate Counsel at Renovo Financial. Charles has over three years of experience in the mortgage industry, with a focus on risk management and default servicing. Prior to joining Renovo Financial, Charles was the VP, Chief Compliance Officer at AHP Servicing, where they oversaw the development of policies and procedures for mortgage servicing operations. Charles has also worked hand-in-hand with operational units in risk management and procedure implementation, and has directed the development and implementation of proprietary default servicing management software.

Charles King has a JD from the University of Michigan Law School and a BA in Political Science and Government from the University of Iowa.

Charles King reports to Kevin Werner, CEO & Co-Founder. They work with Brandon Moulton - Managing Director, Jon Shipley - Regional Managing Director, Texas, and Joe Cantanzriti - SVP Real Estate & Construction Management.
