Vicky Redfearn

Vicky Redfearn has extensive work experience in various roles within the healthcare industry. Vicky is currently the Vice President of Business Development at RENOVO Solutions since September 2022, where they focus on healthcare technology management for hospitals and health systems. Prior to this, they worked at BioReference Laboratories as the Sr. Director of Hospital Business & Training from October 2020 to September 2022, where they developed and implemented a hospital laboratory testing outsourcing program.

From 2014 to 2020, Vicky was a Sr. Regional Manager of Business Development at LabCorp, overseeing the sales force for diagnostic clinical laboratory testing. At LabCorp, they specialized in outsourcing lab services, maximizing payer plan utilization, and providing cost-effective solutions for health systems.

Before LabCorp, Vicky worked as a Hospital Account Executive at Quest Diagnostics from December 2008 to February 2014. Vicky also held the role of Senior Sales Specialist at King Pharmaceuticals from July 2006 to December 2008, focusing on medical drug monitoring management for prescribed narcotics.

Vicky's career started in 1990 at Bayer Diagnostics, where they worked as an Account Manager and Sr. Regional Account Manager in laboratory diagnostics technical sales. Vicky excelled in capital equipment sales, specifically in hematology, chemistry, immunology analyzers, and lab automation.

Prior to Bayer Diagnostics, Vicky served as a Clinical Program Manager at Intermedics from May 1988 to February 1990. Vicky began their career at the Veterans Administration, where they worked as a Clinical Engineer responsible for purchasing, training, and maintaining medical, laboratory, and surgical equipment. Vicky also managed the Clinical Engineering Department and had specific responsibilities for patient monitoring systems and data management.

Throughout their career, Vicky Redfearn has demonstrated expertise in business development, sales, outsourcing, and management within the healthcare industry.

Vicky Redfearn holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Engineering from Mississippi State University, which they completed from 1978 to 1982. Later, they pursued an MBA in Management at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock from 1985 to 1988.
