Ronald Bracken

Ronald Bracken's work experience includes a range of executive and leadership roles in the healthcare industry. Ronald is currently the CEO of Atreon Orthopedics, a position they have held since March 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Executive Officer (Interim) at Atreon Orthopedics from January 2020 to April 2022.

Before their time at Atreon Orthopedics, Ronald was the CEO of ParaGen Technologies, starting in April 2022. Ronald also held the role of Chief Operating Officer at Nanofiber Solutions from June 2014 to January 2022. During their tenure at Nanofiber Solutions, Ronald was responsible for the development and launch of medical devices utilizing licensed technology from Nanofiber Solutions. Ronald also played a significant role in the establishment of four medical device companies - RenovoDerm, Atreon Orthopedics, Tarian Medical, and Vascular Genesis.

Prior to their role at Nanofiber Solutions, Ronald worked as the President and COO of N8 Medical from January 2014 to September 2021. Before that, they served as the VP of Strategic Initiatives at CR Bard, Bard Medical Division, where they led the reinvention of the urology drainage business and managed research and development of new catheter materials. Ronald also held the position of Global Head of R&D/VP, R&D at CR Bard, overseeing divisional R&D functions, launching new products, and experiencing significant growth in R&D spending and personnel.

Ronald's career also includes roles at Paladin Biomedical Consultants, LLC as a Principal and at Georgia Tech Research Corporation as a Member of the Board of Trustees. Ronald began their career as a Senior Chemist at Schering Plough Healthcare Products, Footcare R&D. Overall, Ronald Bracken has amassed extensive experience and expertise in executive leadership, R&D management, and medical device development.
