Gregory Gause

Gregory Gause, CEM, PMP, currently serves as the Director of Construction Facilities and Clinical Engineering at Renown Health since May 2024. Prior to this role, Gregory worked at Kaiser Permanente from July 2016 to June 2024, where responsibilities included managing a diverse portfolio of 28 buildings and leading a team of project managers on capital projects with an annual budget of $15 million. Gregory's earlier experience includes serving as a Construction Management Officer in the US Army, overseeing a large engineering organization and managing humanitarian construction projects in Thailand. Gregory began military service as an Engineer Platoon Leader, directing a construction organization for an Army Division. Academically, Gregory holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point and a Master of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from Kansas State University.
