Shari Martin has over 20 years of work experience in HR roles. Shari is currently the Human Resources Director at Ren's Pets since November 2021. Prior to this, they worked at sgsco, own the moment™ as the HR Integration Manager from June 2017 to November 2021. From 2012 to 2017, they worked at Mosaic North America, where they held various roles including HR Business Process Owner, Oracle Fusion HCM Implementation, Director of North American HR Operations, Director of HR Programming, and Senior Manager of HR Programming. Before that, they were the Manager of HR Operations & Systems at Altus Group from June 2011 to April 2012. Shari also worked at Mosaic Sales Solutions from 2000 to 2011, first as an HR Coordinator - HR Business Partner, Systems & Process and later as an HR Business Partner, Systems & Process. Shari's career in HR began as an HR Co-op Student at Marriott Hotel in 1999.
Shari Martin obtained a Certificate in Human Resources from Humber College between 1999 and 2000. Subsequently, they attended Brock University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree emphasizing Marketing and Human Resources. No specific dates were provided for their education at Brock University.
