Tim Grafe

Tim Grafe has over 30 years of experience in the filtration industry. Tim began their career in 1988 as a Mechanical Engineer at Unisys. In 1990, they joined Donaldson Company Inc. as the Vice President of New Business Development, where they managed all aspects of global M&A. Tim was promoted to Global Director of New Business Development and then Director of Product Development and Product Management. Tim was then promoted to Director of Nanofiber Media Products Business Unit and Director of Financial Operations. Tim also held roles as Engineering Manager and Sales and Marketing Manager for the High Purity Products Division, as well as Product Manager. In 2021, they founded T. Grafe Consulting LLC, where they work with clients in filtration on advising Private Equity investors on M&A opportunities, strategic analysis, due diligence, value creation, competition, and market landscape. In 2022, they joined Rensa Filtration as the Executive Vice President of Strategy.

Tim Grafe obtained a Master of Business Administration - MBA from the University of Minnesota with a focus in Strategy and Marketing. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) from Valparaiso University in Mechanical Engineering and Chemistry.
