Grace R.

Grace R. is a dedicated researcher with extensive experience in cognitive science, working as a research assistant in the Language and Cognition Artificial Intelligence lab and the Perception and Action lab at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute since August 2019. Grace has contributed to research on visual guidance of locomotion and cognitive frameworks, alongside roles as a teaching assistant supporting student learning. In the summer of 2022, Grace completed a research internship at the Air Force Research Lab, where a position control model was implemented. Previous research experience includes managing a Psychology Honors Capstone Project at the State University of New York College at Oswego and working on various studies with a focus on experiment design and data analysis. Grace's academic background includes a PhD and MS in Cognitive Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and dual bachelor's degrees in Cognitive Science and Psychology from SUNY Oswego.
