Jon Finke

Jon Finke has extensive experience in software architecture and systems programming at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, serving since June 1983 in various roles including Software Architect and Senior Systems Programmer. Finke is primarily responsible for the design and implementation of identity management systems, utilizing Oracle with PL/SQL and C. Previous roles also include Network Systems Engineer, focusing on network protocols such as X.25 and TCP/IP. In addition to technical expertise, Finke has held treasurer positions at Habitat for Humanity Capital District from November 2014 to December 2018 and at Habitat for Humanity of Rensselaer County from 2002 to April 2012, where responsibilities included budgeting, financial reporting, and fiscal policy advising. Finke holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Systems Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, completed in 1983.
