Damian Delgado has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning different industries and roles. Damian started their career at EDS Electronic Data Systems, where they worked as a SESD Systems Engineering/Sales Development and played a key role in new sales initiatives related to client/server technologies. Damian then joined CSC Consulting, a Big 6 consulting firm, as a Senior Consultant, where they completed and managed projects in IT development, business process analysis, knowledge management, and organizational change.
In 1999, Damian joined Data Return - Highly Managed Web Hosting as a Senior Manager in the Implementation Group and Technical Account Management Team. Damian was instrumental in establishing multiple implementation and customer management initiative standards. Damian then worked at imc2 as a Senior Online Project Manager, where they implemented multiple interactive marketing projects for high-profile clients such as 7-11 Slurpee, Abbott, and Johnson & Johnson.
Damian's next role was as the Owner, Managing Partner & Consultant at FACE Salon Spa Retreat for Men, Texas' first high-end salon/spa exclusively for men. Damian developed and implemented core task/process books, managed financial responsibilities, and oversaw the salon/spa operations.
In 2005, Damian joined TXU Energy as a Web Implementation Manager and later became the Senior Digital Marketing Operations Manager. Damian was responsible for managing contact center and web operations, overseeing chat sales and service web support, and creating failsafe go-live processes.
Currently, Damian is working at Rent-A-Center, where they have held various roles. Damian started as the Senior Director - Digital Products, Ecommerce & Analytics and was involved in developing and managing digital-based initiatives. Damian is currently serving as the Vice President - Digital Experience, Ecommerce & Analytics, leading a team in driving hyper digital growth for the company.
Damian Delgado earned a Bachelor's degree in Business with a focus on Marketing from The University of Texas at San Antonio in 1993. Damian then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, specializing in Marketing/Marketing Management, also at The University of Texas at San Antonio from 1993 to 1995.
