Daniela Villarreal has extensive experience in various roles within the customer service and information technology sectors. Currently serving as a Bilingual IT Service Desk Analyst at Rent-A-Center since May 2018, Daniela has also held positions such as Inventory Accounting Admin, Sales Manager, and Technical Team Member. From January 2014 to July 2017, Daniela worked as a Constituent Services Representative for the California State Assembly, addressing the concerns of constituents in the 57th District, and previously completed an internship focused on community outreach and database management. Earlier experience at Rent-A-Center from August 2008 to January 2013 included the role of Assistant Manager, overseeing front-end operations and staff training. Daniela's educational background includes a Master's degree in Information Systems Management from The University of Arizona Global Campus and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Mt Sierra College.
