Ileana Carrillo

Ileana Carrillo has a diverse and extensive work experience in supply chain, merchandising, marketing, and logistics roles. Ileana started their career at Walmart in 2002, where they held various management positions, including Subdirector de Logística, Gerente Divisional de Operaciones, and Gerencia de Calidad, Sistemas y Tráfico. In 2015, they joined El Palacio de Hierro as Subdirector de Logística de Proveedores y Resurtido and later became the Director de Cadena de Valor. Currently, they are working at Rent-A-Center as the Supply Chain, Merchandising & Marketing Sr. Director.

Ileana Carrillo completed a Bachelor's degree in Administration at the Instituto Tecnológico de Morelia from 1995 to 1999. Ileana then pursued a Diploma in Directing Skills at the Tecnológico de Monterrey in 2009. In 2012 to 2014, they obtained a Master's degree in Strategic Direction from the Universidad Europea Miguel de Cervantes. Lastly, from 2016 to 2017, they completed a Diploma in Department Store Administration at the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México.
