Janki D. is an experienced Agile Delivery Lead at Capital One since September 2017, with over five years of expertise in the Scrum Agile framework while serving as Scrum Master and Business Analyst at Rent-A-Center since May 2010. Janki holds Scrum Master certification and is currently pursuing SAFe certification, demonstrating proficiency in the Scaled Agile Framework and extensive experience in Kanban processes. With a strong background in cross-functional coordination, project management, and mentoring, Janki has effectively led multiple onshore and offshore teams, coached team members in creating effective User Stories, and facilitated Agile Release Train Planning while engaging with technical teams, customers, and stakeholders to deliver innovative business solutions.
