From 1993, Niels Boensch worked at Rent-A-Center as the Divisional Vice President, overseeing the operations of over 650 retail stores and generating $500 million in revenue. Niels successfully grew market share and expanded internationally into Canada. In 1996, they transitioned to the role of Regional Director, which they held until November 2010.
