Girija Vaidya

Girija Vaidya has been working in the recruitment industry since 2018 when they began their role as a Research Analyst at Wipro. In 2022, they joined Rent A Sourcer as a Talent Sourcer where they work directly with their Certified Talent Sourcers to understand client requirements and source the right talent.

Girija Vaidya completed their Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA from MES Garware College of Commerce between 2015 and 2018. Prior to that, they completed their Higher Secondary Education from KVM, Wai between 2013 and 2015. Girija completed their Secondary Education from Dravid High School, Wai between 2007 and 2013.
