Karishma Jajoo

Karishma Jajoo has a diverse work experience in human resources. Karishma is currently working as a Human Resources Lead at Rent Alpha Pvt. Ltd. Prior to this, they worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at IndoStar Capital Finance Ltd., where they were responsible for various HR processes and talent acquisition. Before that, they served as a Manager of Human Resources at IFA Global, where they implemented talent management processes and successfully closed senior and mid-level positions. Karishma began their HR career as an Analyst at TresVista, where they handled recruitment processes and closed positions for different departments.

Karishma Jajoo completed their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Accounting and Finance from Jai Hind College, Mumbai in 2013.
