C. Keith Carrico, SHRM-SCP, MSM

C. Keith Carrico, SHRM-SCP, MSM has extensive work experience in various industries. C. Keith began their career in the United States Air Force, serving as a Captain for approximately 7 years. Their roles in the Air Force included Deputy Missile Combat Crew Commander and Senior Instructor of MMIII crews.

After leaving the Air Force, Carrico worked as a Human Resources Manager at SKC Enterprises, Inc dba Rent One. C. Keith then started their own HR consulting firm called Innovative Insights, where they provided HR services to small and medium-sized businesses.

Carrico later joined Convergence Communications as a Lead Project Manager, leading a successful statewide software deployment. C. Keith was later promoted to Director of Human Resources, where they built the HR department for the expanding start-up firm.

C. Keith also worked at Imagery Marketing Group, where they served as a Project Manager, Director of Account Services, and Interactive Technologies Director. Their responsibilities included managing interactive programming, overseeing customer service, and ensuring the financial success of various services.

Additionally, Carrico worked as an Adjunct Facilitator at the University of Phoenix, teaching courses for several years.

Currently, Carrico works at SKC Enterprises, Inc dba Rent One as the Vice President of Human Resources. In this role, they oversee HR activities for the corporate office and more than 80 Rent One retail/RTO locations. C. Keith also assists with strategic HR management for RnR of Missouri, LLC dba RnR Tire Express.

C. Keith Carrico, SHRM-SCP, MSM completed their education in a chronological order. C. Keith earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from the Southern Miss College of Business and Economic Development, attending from 1983 to 1987. Then, from 1990 to 1992, they pursued a Master of Science in Management (MSM) with a focus on Human Resources from Lesley University.

In addition to their formal education, Carrico has also obtained several certifications. In August 2017, they became a SHRM Senior Certified Professional, exemplifying their expertise in the HR field. Carrico also received certifications as a DISC Practitioner and the Motivators Practitioner Certified from Assessments 24x7 in October 2017. C. Keith further expanded their knowledge by completing the Delegation course from Dale Carnegie Training in July 2017. Most recently, in March 2019, Carrico acquired the Secret of Motivation certification from Dale Carnegie.
