Jennifer Kaufman has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Jennifer started their most recent role in December 2019 as an Information Systems professional at SKC Enterprises, Inc dba Rent One. Prior to that, they worked as a Development Assistant at the Greater St. Louis Area Council, Boy Scouts of America from January 2016 to January 2019, where they managed sensitive donor records and processed donations. Jennifer also has experience as a Business Owner of a small quick-service family restaurant called Dog'n It! from October 2013 to June 2014, where they handled operations and marketing. Additionally, they served as a Corporate ETMS Administrator at The Doe Run Company from April 2007 to May 2013, where they provided technical assistance and program oversight for the Enterprise Task Management System.

Jennifer Kaufman earned a Master of Science in Education in Workforce Education and Development from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale. Jennifer completed this degree from 2004 to 2006. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Information Technology from the same university, studying from 1998 to 2000. In addition to their degrees, Jennifer Kaufman has also obtained a certification as a Certified Environmental Specialist from EPA Campus .com in May 2013.
