Leonid Netrebskii, PMP has over 18 years of experience in software engineering and development. Leonid began their career in 2003 as a C# Software Developer at Avalon, Inc. In 2007, they joined CQG, Inc. as a C# Senior Software Developer, Project Architect, and Team Lead. During their time there, they redesigned the localization approach implemented in the Web application and recommended architectural improvements. In 2012, Leonid joined ELVEES NeoTek as the Director of Software Development. As the Director of Software Development, they identified that Orvell-V was not a solid product and technically decoupled it on two ones. Leonid also designed a pedestrians tracking algorithm using a combination of Yola and Heuristic Algorithms. In 2018, Leonid joined Crossover for Work as a Software Engineering Manager. As a Software Engineering Manager, they managed multiple engineering teams (Kanban) with 18 remote engineers in total. In 2019, Leonid joined ENTech Solutions as a Software Architect. As a Software Architect, they migrated Azure infrastructure into code, architectured features, and managed cloud environments. In 2020, Leonid rejoined Crossover for Work as a Cloud Software Architect. As a Cloud Software Architect, they were responsible for defining functional and non-functional requirements for a release, making next-level technical design decisions, and producing well-written specifications. Finally, in 2021, Leonid joined Rent Ready as the Head of Software Engineering.

Leonid Netrebskii, PMP has an education history that includes a Master of Engineering - MEng from State Technical University from 2002 to 2007, as well as a Master's degree in Computer Science from Samara State Technical University from 2002 to 2007. Leonid also has several certifications, including MCAD.NET from Microsoft in 2006, PMI-ACP from Project Management Institute in 2018, AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in 2021, PMP from Project Management Institute in 2017, and Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate from Microsoft in 2022.
