Cara Schembri is the Chief Legal & Administrative Officer at Rent The Runway, where Cara oversees the legal, people, and ESG teams. Previously, Cara held positions at Etsy, Inc., including Vice President, Deputy General Counsel & Assistant Secretary. Prior to that, Cara worked at Avon Products, Inc. as a Senior Counsel & Assistant Corporate Secretary. Cara has a JD with Honors from The George Washington University Law School and a BA, summa cum laude, in Philosophy from Binghamton University.
