Joi-Louise Hall has been a Fashion Operations Assistant at Rent The Runway since April 2018, where responsibilities include managing the vendor lifecycle, enhancing communication between internal teams and external vendors, and supporting the rollout of internal tools and initiatives. Joi-Louise has held multiple roles at Rent The Runway, including CX Operations Associate and VIP Customer Experience Associate, where a focus was placed on resolving customer issues and improving the customer experience. Additionally, Joi-Louise serves as a Style Influencer and Content Creator for Style & Lou, specializing in plus-size fashion and lifestyle communication. Education includes a B.A. in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and Fashion from N.J.C.U. and an Associate’s degree in Fashion/Apparel Design from The Wood Tobe Coburn School.
