Rick Deloach

Rick DeLoach has a diverse work experience, starting as Vice President of Administration and Networks at Allied Health Benefits in 2006, where they directed the launch of new services and managed billing and payments. Rick then moved on to The iCan Group in 2007, where they served as Director of Operations, expanding technical processes and managing operations for processing payments and providing technical support. In 2009, they started their own consulting company, DeLoach Management Consulting Corporation, where they worked as Chief Operating Officer and Consultant, directing daily operations and providing consulting services to multiple clients. In 2015, they joined RentPath as Director of Enterprise Project Management Office (PMO) and Governance, leading the execution of the enterprise change management strategy and aligning projects with strategic objectives. Rick then became the Director of Financial Systems and Process, where they successfully managed the implementation of Workday Financials and supported the operational function of all financial systems while implementing the strategic roadmap.

Rick DeLoach attended Sol C Johnson from 1978 to 1982. Rick then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Management at the Georgia Institute of Technology from 1982 to 1986. During their time at Georgia Tech, they also obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Management from the Georgia Tech Scheller College of Business. Additionally, in 1982, Rick obtained a certification in Technical Communications from the Georgia Institute of Technology.

In terms of additional certifications, Rick obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in August 2011. Rick also obtained the PMI-ACP certification from the same institution in October 2012. In May 2014, they received the PPMC certification from the Project Management Leadership Group. More recently, in May 2019, Rick obtained the Certified Beekeeper certification from The University of Georgia & Young Harris College Master Beekeeper Program.
