Sheila Dehdashti

Sheila Dehdashti has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Sheila is currently the Chief People Officer at Rent. Prior to that, they worked at Fiserv where they held various roles, including Vice President of Human Resources for Global Business Solutions, Vice President of Human Resources for Global Sales Organization, Senior Director of Human Resources for Global Sales Organization, and Director of Human Resources for FRMS, HR, and Revenue Enhancement. Before joining Fiserv, Sheila worked at CH2M as a Principal Human Resources Delivery Partner, providing strategic HR support to managers. Sheila also worked at NCR Corporation as a Human Resources Manager, at SCG as a Human Resources Consultant, and at AXIS Capital as a Human Resources Generalist. Earlier in their career, they served as a Field Service Manager at Granite International, a General Electric Subsidiary.

Sheila Dehdashti studied at the Georgia Institute of Technology from 1997 to 2000, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Management.
