Ana Matos is a highly experienced professional with a diverse background in the hospitality industry. Ana started their career at The Georgian House as a Revenue and Reception Manager, where they successfully managed a team and consistently provided exceptional customer service. Ana then worked at eviivo as a Customer Support specialist on a fixed-term contract before joining Booking.com as an Account Coordinator, where they were responsible for building hotel websites and training hotels in utilizing their system. Ana also gained experience at SiteMinder as an Implementation and Training Analyst.
