Evelien Ernest

Evelien Ernest has a wide range of work experience spanning from 2010 to the present. Evelien began their career as a Spanish teacher for tourism and leisure students at ROC West-Brabant. During this time, they provided instruction in the Spanish language, created teaching materials, assessed student progress, and participated in meetings with other teachers.

After their teaching position, Evelien worked as an Assistant Manager Wholesale in South Europe at Zand Amsterdam before moving on to Friendly Rentals as a Rep in the Reservations Department. Evelien then joined Airbnb as a Customer Experience Rep and later transitioned to a role as a Human Resources Sr adm - Payroll Specialist at Xerox.

In 2017, Evelien became an Accounting Specialist at Conduent before joining Rentals United. At Rentals United, they held multiple roles, starting as a Key Account Manager and later transitioning to an Implementation Specialist. In this role, Evelien assessed clients' needs, initiated the implementation process for new clients, provided training on the self-service platform, and guided clients through complex processes. Evelien also played an active role in the White Label of Rentals United, providing training to PMS partners and assisting in monthly calls with Partnership, Product, and Sales teams.

Overall, Evelien has accumulated a diverse set of skills and experiences in education, customer service, human resources, and account management.

Evelien Ernest obtained a Minor Degree in English language and culture from Fontys University of Applied Sciences in the year 2011. Evelien also earned a Bachelor's Degree in Education in modern foreign languages from the same institution, completing their studies in 2011. In 2010 to 2011, Evelien pursued a Minor degree in Estudios Hispánicos (Hispanic Studies) at Universidad Nebrija. Additionally, in October 2015, they obtained a certification in TEFL Teaching English as a Foreign Language from TEFL Cambridge.
