Katarzyna Juszczak began their work experience in 2007 as a Senior Business Travel Consultant at CWT. Katarzyna held this role until June 2011 when they transitioned to become a CRM Analyst. After two years in this position, they were promoted to Senior CRM Analyst in 2013. In October 2018, they became a Product Manager, CRM at CWT until April 2021. Currently, they are working as a Product Owner at Rentals United, starting from April 2021.
Katarzyna Juszczak earned their Master's degree in Management and International Relations from the University of Warsaw, graduating in 2009. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications, including being a Red Ribbon Member of Oracle Cloud Customer Connect since December 2019, completing a course on Product Management: Building a Product Strategy from LinkedIn in September 2019, and a course on Communication for Product Managers from LinkedIn in July 2019. Furthermore, they have been a Green Ribbon Member of Oracle Cloud Customer Connect since July 2019 and completed a course on Agile at Work: Planning with Agile User Stories from LinkedIn in May 2019.
