Kateryna Barneveld

Kateryna Barneveld has had a variety of roles in customer support, legal advising, and technical support. In 2011, they started as a Customer Support Agent at Adonis AS, where they were responsible for diagnosing and resolving software and user problems. In 2012, they moved to ZZ WOLF GROUP PTE. LTD. as a Customer Support Manager and Legal Adviser, where they conducted business negotiations with different organizations, translated and revised legal documents, and conducted business correspondence with international law companies. In 2014, they became a Customer Support Consultant at Depositphotos, where they communicated with customers by telephone, email, chat, and handled billing questions and payment requests. In 2016, they moved to 3Shape as a Technical Support Consultant, where they performed technical support of hardware and software, troubleshot software, and investigated hardware issues remotely. Finally, in 2017, they joined Rentberry as a Customer Support Manager and Support Team Lead, where they delivered support for the proptech company, analyzed the performance of customer support team activities, documented resolutions, identified problem areas, set up a chatbot, and helped deliver solutions to enhance the quality of service.

Kateryna Barneveld obtained a Master of Laws (LLB) in Maritime Law from Kyiv State Maritime Academy between 2009 and 2012. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature, General from Taurida 'V. I. Vernadskiy' National University, Simferopol between 2004 and 2008. Her additional certifications include Customer Insights: New Product Development Orientation from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (2020), Conflict Resolution Skills from UC Irvine (2018), Innovative Customer Service Techniques from LinkedIn (2018), and Leading a Customer-Centric Culture from LinkedIn (2018).
