Tammy Parham is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the equipment rental industry. As the Owner of P & P Strategic Advisors, LLC since February 2020, and an Advisor at Renterra since August 2022, Tammy has demonstrated a strong ability to provide strategic guidance and leadership. Previous positions include District Manager at United Rentals from October 2017 to June 2018, and a variety of roles at Neff Rental spanning over two decades, culminating in the position of Region Vice President. Tammy began a successful career in management as Branch Manager at Sunbelt Rentals, Inc. and Brambles Equipment Services. Tammy is an alumnus of East Carolina University.
