Carlton Watson

Carlton Watson is an experienced real estate professional with a strong background in investment services and property management. Currently, Carlton serves as the Owner of Renters Warehouse since September 2015, a leading company in real estate investment services, specializing in tenanted properties. Prior to this, Carlton held the position of Broker at ACE Real Estate Group from June 2011 to April 2018, focusing on maximizing opportunities in the South Florida market following the 2008 real estate collapse. Additional roles include Realtor Associate - Residential Investment Specialist at Prudential Florida Realty and Realtor at Engel & Voelkers, along with expertise as an REO and Short Sale Specialist at Hammer & Hammer Realty.
