President and CEO at Renters Warehouse

Kevin Ortner has a diverse work experience in the real estate industry. Kevin started as the CEO/Owner of Renters Warehouse Arizona in 2009, overseeing significant growth and profitability. Kevin also served as the President/COO of Renters Warehouse from 2009 to 2013. In 2013, they became the President & CEO of Renters Warehouse, leading the company's expansion and trademarking the concept of Rent Estate. Ortner is currently the President of Appreciate Holdings, Inc., a tech-enabled Single Family Rental (SFR) services platform. Kevin has also authored a book called Rent Estate Revolution, advocating for investing in single-family homes for retirement security. Ortner has held advisory roles in organizations such as the National Association of Residential Property Managers and the Single Family Rental Association. Additionally, they have been involved in political campaigns as a member of the board of directors and finance committee for Tom Emmer for Congress.

Kevin Ortner attended Minnetonka High School from 1999 to 2001. Following their high school education, they enrolled at Arizona State University from 2001 to 2005. There, they pursued a degree in Aeronautical Management Technology with a focus on Aviation and Business Management.
