Sam McArtor

Sam McArtor is the Co-Founder and COO of Rentgrata, a referral reward platform that connects prospective renters with current residents of apartment communities. Sam has over eleven years of experience in tax advisory and consulting, specializing in employment tax, information reporting, and Affordable Care Act (ACA) compliance.

Prior to Rentgrata, Sam worked as National Employment Tax Advisory at EY, where they assisted clients with a wide range of federal, state and local information reporting, employment tax, and ACA matters. Sam was responsible for developing complex information reporting systems, including system implementation and integration, analytical data set analysis, and project management. Sam also oversaw the development and implementation of a new Information Reporting service offering for the employment tax practice, coordinating with client payroll providers and overseeing the implementation of new payroll systems.

Sam has a deep understanding of the tax landscape and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to their role at Rentgrata. Sam is passionate about helping people navigate the often-complex world of taxes and is committed to making Rentgrata the go-to platform for anyone looking for a referral reward when searching for an apartment.

Sam McArtor attended Colorado State University from 2008 to 2013, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with a minor in Business Administration. During their time at CSU, Sam was involved with Delta Sigma Phi and The Autism Society.
