John Njoku

John Njoku is the founder of RentHub, a real-time price guide for rental housing. Prior to founding RentHub, John worked as a Senior Associate at Mara Capital, focusing on real estate private equity in sub-Saharan Africa. John also has experience as an Associate at ASK Capital, an Analyst at Full Spectrum of NY, and as a Structured Finance & Derivatives Associate at Weil Gotshal and Manges. John holds a JD from Stanford Law School, a MSRED in Real Estate Development from Columbia University, and a BA in Economics/Political Science from Duke University.
