Esteban Gaviria

Esteban Gaviria holds extensive experience in the financial sector, currently serving as Vicepresidente Negocios Corporativos at Bancolombia since April 2019. Significant achievements include transforming the operational model in 2019 and establishing a leading position in corporate banking through the introduction of structured financing capabilities. Gaviria is also a board member of Renting Colombia SAS since 2011, contributing to the success of a business model that manages a fleet of over 40,000 vehicles. Previously, Gaviria has held various leadership roles at Bancolombia, including CEO of Leasing Bancolombia, and regional manager of the Bogotá enterprise and government banking sectors. Their educational background includes a degree in Business Administration from Universidad EAFIT and multiple advanced degrees, including an MBA with a focus on finance from the University of Exeter.
