Sahil Farooqi

Sahil Farooqi is an experienced professional in business operations and customer care, currently serving as the Director of Business Operations at Rently since August 2017. Sahil oversees multiple teams including Security Specialists and AI Operations Specialists, and successfully implemented an AI chatbot in July 2021 to enhance support services. Previously, as Head of Customer Care, Sahil relocated to South India to establish and expand a customer care team from 8 to 70 members.
