Nimit Jain serves as the CTO at RentOk, formerly known as EazyPG, where Nimit is involved in developing an app for property owners to manage their rental business remotely. With a background in technology and project management, Nimit has also served in various roles at Enactus DTU, E-cell DTU, RedCarpetUp.com, and Umeed - A Drop of Hope. Nimit holds a Bachelor of Technology degree from Delhi College of Engineering, along with previous educational experiences at DAV Pushpanjali and Creane Memorial School.

It also automates lead follow-ups, tenant screening & rent agreements using Aadhar e-sign. RentOk adds rent every month and sends automatic rent reminders on WhatsApp with payment links to tenants, keeps tabs on defaulters, and rewards tenants who pay on time. It also does accounting for owners and manages their finance & taxes.
