Clay James

Clay James currently serves as the Global Information Security Operations and Program Manager at Rentokil Initial, a position held since January 2023. In this role, Clay focuses on aligning programs with executive goals, developing program approaches, establishing governance structures, and managing program budgets. Prior experience includes working at Terminix as a Project Manager and Scrum Master, and at ServiceMaster as an IT Analyst II, where responsibilities included administering a cloud-based portfolio management tool. Clay started a career in technology as an Enterprise Technology Intern at First Tennessee Bank, where programming in COBOL was completed to manage sensitive customer information. Clay holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Information Systems from Mississippi State University, obtained in 2015.
