Jeff Smith

Jeff Smith is an experienced telecommunications professional with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as a Telecoms Analyst at Rentokil Initial since July 2012, Jeff transitioned from a contractor role focused on managing the Mitel 3300 estate to a permanent position in the Unified Comms team, with a primary emphasis on migrating businesses to the Avaya Aura platform. Prior to this, Jeff spent nearly 24 years at Finning (UK), where responsibilities included managing fixed and mobile telephony operations for over 30 sites across the UK and Ireland, as well as leading projects for telephony solutions and system implementations. Jeff's career began as a Laboratory Technician and Interpreter at Finning (UK), where initial responsibilities included analyzing oil samples and providing maintenance recommendations for machinery efficiency.
