Mark Gillespie

Mark Gillespie has extensive experience in finance and management, currently serving as the Regional Managing Director for Asia and MENAT at Rentokil Initial since August 2004. Gillespie has held various leadership roles within the company, including Regional Managing Director for the "Rest of World," Divisional Finance Director for MENAT and the Caribbean, Finance Director for Rentokil Pest Control, and Group Director for Corporate Internal Audit & Risk Management. Prior to Rentokil, Gillespie was the Head of Corporate Audit at Novar from September 2001 to August 2004 and a Senior Corporate Auditor at Warner Lambert from 1998 to 2001. Earlier experience includes a role in audit at BDO LLP from 1993 to 1997. Gillespie holds a degree in Accounting and Business Management from The Manchester Metropolitan University and received education at Grosvenor Grammar School.
