Mike Howell

Mike Howell has been with Rentokil Initial since April 2007, currently serving as Group Director of IT Shared Services. In various roles, including Group Head of Infrastructure Services and Global Infrastructure Engineering Manager, Mike has led a globally dispersed team of over 40 Infrastructure Engineers, managing strategy, standards, and operational support for IT services across the organization. Previous positions include Global Network Architect, where Mike focused on SD-WAN deployment and data center routing architecture, and Network Analyst, responsible for the support and troubleshooting of the global network infrastructure. Earlier in Mike's career, roles included Technical Support Specialist and Service Desk Analyst, in which skills in Microsoft technologies and software development were honed. Mike's educational background includes a degree in Maths & Computer Science from the University of Birmingham and studies at King Edward VI College, Stourbridge.
