Sam Brooks

Sam Brooks is an experienced IoT Product Owner at Rentokil Initial, overseeing the delivery of a back-office IoT Management Platform for the Pest and Hygiene divisions, managing over 250,000 IoT devices across 15,000 customer premises. Previously, Sam served as a Scrum Master and Business Analyst, guiding Agile teams in Scrum methodology, and contributed to the award-winning PestConnect IoT Solution by providing data insights and supporting a significant multinational contract. With earlier roles in administration and process assurance at Martello Piling Ltd and Hewlett Packard Enterprise, respectively, Sam also completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Northumbria University and possesses training from the Institute of Direct and Digital Marketing.
