Tom Bale

Tom Bale is a dedicated professional with diverse experience in management and sales. Currently serving as a Graduate Management Trainee at Rentokil Initial since October 2018, Tom previously held roles as a Lead Generation Specialist and Sales Development Representative at Lead Forensics. Tom's early career includes positions as a Commercial Assistant at Bournemouth University and Compass Group, as well as a Sales Coordinator at Prysmian Group, where Tom managed customer accounts and developed strong client relationships while gaining proficiency in SAP. Tom completed a degree at Bournemouth University between 2014 and 2018.
